The long-heralded musician's musician effectively demonstrates the skill that won him his well-deserved respect. This, his most commercial entry to date, features a fine interpretation of fellow guitarist, John Fahey's "Last Steam Train" and his own "Spanish Entomologist." "Tiny Island" is vehicle for some honest vocal work. Wouldbe pickers listen and learn.
